What's New:

• Support users now have a streamlined, read-only interface designed specifically for customer support activities
• New SSO users automatically receive Support permissions, ensuring they can help subscribers without risk of accidental changes
• Managers can easily elevate users to Operate permissions when network access is needed

No Action Required: Existing users retain their current permissions.
