New Accounts, Services and Packages Views Now Available

We’re excited to announce the addition of new Accounts, Services, and Packages views to Preseem. Read the help guide or watch the video below for all the details.

These views can be accessed under the Customer menu item on the left of the screen. With these, you can:

  • View, search, sort, and filter all Accounts, Services, and Packages
  • View data usage (throughput and tonnage) for each Account and Service as collected both from the network elements and the Preseem inline element
  • Easily compare throughput to the Service’s set rate
  • Access new details and metrics for each Account, Service, and Package
  • Jump from an Access Point or CPE Radio to all Services downstream that it serves

Watch the video to learn more (the section on Accounts, Services & Packages starts at 1:25).

If you do not see the "Customers" menu item on the left side, please click here to reload the Preseem web app.
