Finding What You Need In Preseem Just Got Easier!

We've heard your feedback and have revamped our global search results to be more intuitive, reorganizing search results to help you find what you need faster. 

When you search in Preseem using the hotkey (Ctrl- or Cmd-K) or the search box at the top of every page, Services now top the results list. 

Services are Preseem’s go-to starting point when you handle support calls. We are adding some great new features to Services soon, and you won’t want anything slowing you down on your way there.

Now, search results will appear in this overall order:

• Services and IP Addresses
• CPE Radios or ONTs
• Access Points or PONs
• OLTs
• Routers and Sites
• Accounts and Packages

We hope this small change makes your workflow smoother and more familiar.
