📈Enhancement: Faster Web App, Visual Improvements, and RF Link Rate Imbalance Metrics in CPE Overview📈
We’ve made Preseem even better! Along with noticeable speed improvements, and visual enhancements to the Preseem Web App for a smoother experience, accessing key operational metrics about the CPE radios across your network is now easier than ever.
As part of this update, we’ve added the RF Link Rate Imbalance Metric directly to the CPE Overview page. You can view this and other operational metric charts by:
- Searching for any CPE Radio using Preseem’s Global Search Capability, or
- Selecting a CPE Radio from the list displayed in Network > CPE Radios.
The RF Link Rate Imbalance Metric appears in the bottom-right of the CPE Overview page for the selected CPE Radio. This metric is especially valuable for detecting asymmetric interference by comparing the Tx and Rx RF scores to determine whether interference is affecting the uplink or the downlink more severely. TL;DR:
- High positive values indicate interference in the uplink direction.
- Low negative values indicate interference in the downlink direction.
